Court: Hornchurch man must pay £415 for possession of cannabis

Magistrates ordered a Hornchurch man to pay £415 after he pleaded guilty to possession of a small bag of cannabis.

Twenty-two-year-old Ramone Celaire, of Bevan Way, was found with the drugs on June 30 in Sterling Close, Rainham.

Barkingside magistrates fined him £300 and ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge on July 26.
