Barking woman Kelly Burton, 20, was fined £80 for making racially aggravated threats, abuse or insults in South Street, Romford.
The Lexham House, Gasgoine Estate, committed the same offence at Romford Police Station. Both incidents took place on April 13.
Burton pleaded guilty at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on April 15.
She was also ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
