Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a reported kidnap and assault in Romford.
The incident occurred on Monday July 16, in St Andrews Road, when a man in his early twenties says he was held for two days.
They want to speak to anyone who saw the man in the CCTV picture around St Andrews Road or nearby Thomas England House on or around July 16.
Police have made two arrests in connection with the incident, but there have been no charges as yet.
