A Chadwell Heath care home has been ranked as “good” in all areas.
The report provided by the Care Quality Commission praised HC-One’s Gable Court home in Roxy Avenue for its fostering of relationships among patients and residents.
Inspectors highlighted the ‘resident of the day’ system where each person has a dedicated day to make them feel special.
Susan Cruse, Gable Court home manager, said: “We are delighted with this report which is a testament to the hard work and kind care that each and every member of the team puts in, day in day out.”
Amanda Scott, HC-One managing director, added: “This rating is great news. We are dedicated to achieving our aim of being the care provider of choice for those looking for the very best care and support, and employer of choice for the best, most professional, and kindest care staff.”
