A bus crashed into a residential property in Harold Hill early this afternoon.

The Recorder received reports from witnesses and people living close to the scene who said the 174 service bus was parked on Dagnam Park Drive before it rolled down a hill and into a house in Dagnam Park Square.

It is understood that no passengers were on the bus at the time of the crash. London Ambulance Service has confirmed that nobody was hurt.

The house the bus hit appears to have suffered damage to its exterior wall.
