Hungover people rejoice, your prayers have finally been answered. Burger King are trialling a home delivery service – and they’re doing it in Romford and Hornchurch. For free.
Yes, that’s right, eight areas nationwide have been chosen for the three-month test, which will go national later in the year if all goes well.
The Eastern Avenue Retail Park branch in Romford and the Hornchurch Road restaurant in Hornchurch will be delivering the usual menu, as well as three special combos, to whopper enthusiasts in nearby post codes.
They, and other fast-food fans in Northampton, Truro, Gants Hill, Hull, Skegness and Hayes, can place orders on burgerkingdelivers.co.uk between 12-3pm and 6-10pm every day.
