Brentwood: Police appeal after woman injured following car collision

Essex Police are appealing for information after a car collision in Ingatestone.

A silver BMW collided with a stationary red Honda Civic in Post Office Road, at about 5.10pm, on Wednesday, September 19.

A pedestrian, in her 20s, from the Basildon area, was trapped against a wall by the Honda and suffered a suffered a suspected fractured thigh bone and possible pelvic injuries. She was taken by an ambulance to Broomfield Hospital for treatment.

Officers closed the road until 9pm while investigations were carried out and the cars were removed.
