Brentwood: Man charged with death by dangerous driving

A man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a collision in Brentwood.

Pedestrian Curtis McDonald, 49, from Junction Road, Warley, died after he was struck by a van at Kings Road, outside Brentwood train station on December 6, 2012.

Driver, Stuart Webb, 48, of Britannia Road, Warley, was charged on Tuesday and was bailed to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court on August 29.
