A free drama course is available for patients and carers.
The South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust’s Open Arts team are running a course in Brentwood for people with experience of mental health difficulties and carers.
The course is a chance to learn new skills, meet people and improve self-confidence and self-esteem through drama taster sessions.
It will run for 14 weeks starting from Monday, March 4, from 1.15pm to 4.15pm at the Knightsway Centre, Brentwood.
