Brentwood church service to thank emergency services

A SPECIAL service is to be held at a Brentwood church to thank members of the emergency services for their contribution to the area.

St Thomas’ Church, St Thomas’ Road, off High Street, is to hold the service on the evening of Sunday March 27.

Organiser David Sparks said: “We want people to thank the emergency services and we’re hoping for a big turn out as it’s the day the clocks go forward so it should be a nice, light evening.”

Money raised from the evening’s collection will be donated to the Essex and Hertfordshire Air Ambulance. For more information contact David Sparks on 01277 227 444.
