A charity is trying to trace the owners of a dog that was found wandering the streets.

The RSPCA Havering and Harold Hill branch based in Chippenham Road is appealing for the owners of the dog, which is a cross between a Dachshund and a Jack Russell.

The 18-month-old was found by builders in Harold Hill on Wednesday January 16.

The charity has taken to social networking site Facebook and website Streetlife to help find the owners.
