The borough’s first ever fringe festival will be making its way to Romford next year and talented performers are needed to take to the stage.

Community Interest Company (CIC) Made Public will be working in partnership with The Brewery shopping centre to put on the event which will take over the empty Carphone Warehouse unit from February 1-25.

The team behind the festival is looking for talented performers including comedians, singers, bands, theatre acts, choirs and even circus acts to perform at The Brewery Fringe.

If you want to perform, send links of your work and a CV to lauren.martin@thingsmadepublic.com by December 6.

Final acts will be chosen on December 8 by the judging panel.

Five people are also needed to be the faces of The Brewery Fringe marketing campaign.

On December 10 from noon-3pm, a pop-up photo studio will be set up outside Sainsbury’s in The Brewery for an open casting.
