We have rounded up three pubs across Essex that are on the market looking for new operators - two of which have "investment planned".

In this list are three unique Essex pubs - each with a different trading model and two of which have large investment planned by Stonegate in the near future.
The Carpenters Arms, Loughton
The Carpenters Arms in Smarts Lane, Loughton has "long been at the heart of the local community, proudly serving its neighbourhood for over 160 years," according to Stonegate's website.
The boozer is described as being "steeped in history" and a "true local gem".
The pub boasts two beer gardens and a weekend atmosphere with live music and karaoke as well as bar games and sports coverage.
Stonegate estimates The Carpenters Arms' annual turnover to be £429,318 - almost entirely coming from its wet (drink) sales.
A guide rent per week of £519 is asked for by Stonegate as well as a £6,750 full deposit.
Above the boozer is private accommodation with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The Bell, Rettendon Common
The Bell is an 18th century village pub in Main Road, Rettendon Common - a few miles south of Chelmsford.
It operates as a food-led business, with one large bar running through the building.
The Bell is labelled with "investment planned" on Stonegate's website and the listing claims that the successful applicant will be supported by improvements to the boozer's internal trading areas.
Stonegate describes The Bell as "versatile" and having a "strong reputation as a destination for classic pub food and Sunday lunches", backed up by good reviews and repeat custom.
The Bell has an estimated turnover per week of £11,694 and a weekly guide rent of £673.
The Crown, Thorpe Le Soken
The Crown is situated on the main road of the north Essex village of Thorpe le Soken - en route from the A12 to the coast at Walton on the Naze and Frinton On Sea.
The pub is "ideally positioned" to serve a wide ranging demographic of locals, passing trade and families as a destination venue, according to Stonegate.
The Crown contains a 40-cover restaurant, public bar, "cosy" lounge area and a large L-shaped garden comprising a patio area and children's climbing frame.
Like The Bell, this pub has "investment planned" by Stonegate who plan to "support the successful applicant" by improving the interior space.
A total potential turnover of £431,441 per year is estimated with £654 wanted in rent each week.
