Motorists have been warned that to expect delays as roadworks begin on a busy street in Collier Row.

Electricity works started on Collier Row Road today (August 5) and are expected to continue into next week.

UK Power Networks, which is responsible for the works, has put multi-way signals in place to control traffic, close to where Collier Row Road meets Hog Hill Road.

Drivers have been warned that delays are "likely" by roadworks platform Causeway one.network, until the road is back open as normal.

UK Power Networks is expected to wrap up the works by August 11 at 4pm.

It follows Essex & Suffolk Water works on Noak Hill Road and Havering Council works on Lower Bedfords Road last week - both of which have now finished.
