A man has been charged in connection with a fatal collision.
The incident involved a car and a motorbike on the A12 in Romford, which left 28-year-old Anwar Shinwari dead at the scene.
Lee Culleton, 45, of Rattwick Drive in Canvey Island, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, failing to stop, driving without insurance, driving while disqualified, and fraudulent use of a registration mark.

The driver of the car left the scene on foot, and an investigation was launched within the Met’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
On Saturday, July 25, a 45-year-old man was arrested in connection with the investigation.
Mr Culleton appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Monday, July 27, and was remanded into custody.
He is due to appear next at Snaresbrook Crown Court on Tuesday, August 25.
The collision occurred on July 19.
