The future is uncertain for a "long established" family-run cafe in Dagenham which is up for sale.

Eastbrook Cafe and Restaurant, located in Rainham Road South, is on the market for £900,000 and includes the restaurant and licensed bar.
A two-storey house in multiple occupation (HMO) flat and rear outbuilding are also included in the full premises.
The listing on Zoopla described the cafe as a "long established family business in a "prominent position".
The opportunity is described as "freehold" - meaning the new owner would have full and permanent control of the premises.
A member of staff at the café and restaurant told this paper that its future will depend on the new owners of the property.
The staff member said: "When somebody buys the lease it could be different management.
"There might be a new boss who changes the name – it depends on the new owner.
"We don't know but nothing has happened yet."
He confirmed that the shop as its known could remain open or could be forced to close depending on the new owner's decision.
The restaurant seats 52 diners and includes a bar area for evening events, as well as a kitchen, office, preparation space, and gender-separated toilets.
Above the café, the HMO features five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen.
At the rear of the property is a converted garage now used as two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a lounge and kitchen area.
