Drivers have been warned that delays are "likely" as a major road near Gallows Corner is hit with water works.
Essex & Suffolk Water is set to carry out works in Upper Brentwood Road, Gidea Park, for almost two weeks this month.
The roadworks, which started on Tuesday (May 5) shortly after 9am, are expected to continue until May 18 at 11.59pm.
Motorists are warned by roadworks platform Causeway one.network that delays are "likely" while the traffic is managed by two-way signals.
Although not part of an official diversion route, Upper Brentwood Road is in close proximity to Gallows Corner and connects to Main Road.
Gallows Corner is set to partially reopen this weekend, TfL announced on Wednesday (May 6), with drivers expected to be able to once again use sections of the junction -including the eastbound flyover, Straight Road and Main Road - from Sunday (May 10).
