A soft play venue in a Romford shopping centre has confirmed it has closed temporarily.
Excel Kids Play Centre in The Mercury Mall is currently closed.
A picture of a sign on the door of the play centre was circulated yesterday (April 8) on Facebook by Claire Duggan.
The sign read: "This soft play is closed till further notice."

Claire's grandson had a party planned there on April 18, but she has since had to cancel the get together.
"The hand written sign left in the window simply was not good enough," Claire said.
A spokesperson from the venue has today (April 9) told the Recorder that the closure is temporary and began on March 27.
A new sign has been stuck to the door to inform passers-by today.
It now reads: "This soft play has been closed over the Easter Holidays and will reopen on April 18.
"We apologise for any inconvenience caused."
The spokesperson said the venue has closed due to "personal, internal reasons".
They added: "All parties are being fulfilled and we were getting round to advising parents of this.
"We will be back open on the April 18 and the sign on the door will say that today.
"We apologise for any misunderstanding and miscommunication caused."
Excel Kids was formerly a soft play venue only, but in February 2023 was developed into a nursery as well.
Partnered with Havering Council, it delivers the Government’s 30 hours of free childcare for working parents.
The spokesperson confirmed the nursery will be open as normal from April 13.
