16 new flats

A developer has submitted a proposal to convert an office building in Romford into 16 one-bedroom flats.

The prior approval application, listed as J0005.26, concerns Eastbrook House at 7 Eastern Road.

New home

In Upminster, a proposal has been submitted for a new detached house.

The application, P0329.26, relates to 52 Cranham Gardens and is for a single-storey, three-bedroom home.

The plan includes a private rear garden, off-street parking and provisions for cycle and waste storage.

Former bank signage demolition

An application has been submitted to remove all external signage and branding from 120–122 High Street, Hornchurch.

The work includes the removal of an ATM and night safe infrastructure.

Telecommunications infrastructure

Two applications have been submitted for new telecommunications infrastructure.

One proposal is for a 20-metre-high monopole in Gidea Park, located on land at David Lloyds, Squirrels Heath Lane.

The structure will support nine antennas, two transmission dishes, and associated equipment.

A similar 20-metre-high phase 8 streetwork pole is planned adjacent to Upminster Bridge on Upminster Road, Hornchurch.
