Eleven units in a major Romford shopping centre are listed as available to rent for new occupiers.

East London and Essex based estate agents Andrew Caplin has 11 separate shop units listed as available to let in The Liberty Shopping Centre.

Unit GL18 is rentable for £60,000 per year "subject to vacant possession".

The Andrew Caplin listing describes it as suitable for all class E uses including medical, office, health and fitness.

In the photos on the listing it appears the unit was formerly in use as hair salon.

Units N18 and N19 are also available to let and are showcased in one combined listing on the estate agents' website.

According to the listing it is in an "extremely prominent visual location" in Laurie Walk.

The listing photo shows the unit in use as women's clothes shop Sophie Street whilst the description says the unit was a "former Shoe Zone".

An annual rent value is not specified in the listing.

Unit N16 in Laurie Walk is also available to rent for a fee of £20,000 annually.

Andrew Caplin's listing pictures show the unit occupied by Rawage shoe shop.

A closing down sale sign can also be seen in the shop window.

In the Stewards Walk wing of The Liberty, one listing showcases five different units available to let.

Unit A3 is available to rent for £30,000 per year whilst unit A7 is available at £25,000 per year.

Unit B1 is up for rent for £15,000 yearly, unit B2 for £30,000 and unit B6 for £27,000.

Unit B7 is listed separately on Andrew Caplin's website to rent for £27,500 annually.

Unlike the other units, B7 is fitted out as a cafe with seating and a kitchen.

The last unit available to rent according to the estate agent's website is unit 11 in Laurie Walk which is a lock-up shop "suitable for a number of trades".

It can last be seen pictured as Lili Beautiful Fabrics.

A spokesperson from Lili Beautiful Fabrics has since confirmed to the Recorder that the shop won't be closing or changing hands.

The unit is located directly opposite the soon to open Kids Play Village and "within easy walking distance" of another new opening - Costa Coffee in the former SuperDry Shop.
