A town centre has come to life with a an amazing trail of endangered animal sculptures made from toy bricks.
The free Brick Endangered Trail in Romford launched this Easter and features 18 large-scale models of threatened species constructed from hundreds of thousands of toy bricks.
Each model represents a different endangered species, including a giant panda, an Asian elephant, gorilla, an African spurred tortoise, a clouded leopard, an Asiatic lion, and a Tapanuli orangutan.
Running until April 13, the trail has already attracted thousands of visitors.
Sculptures are on display at The Brewery, The Liberty, The Mercury Mall, Romford Shopping Hall, and a range of local businesses.

Julie Frost, director of Romford Business Improvement District (BID), said: "I can’t believe how popular this year’s event has already been – Romford is truly the place to be this Easter. It’s particularly wonderful to see so many families enjoying the experience together.
"These models are incredible works of art, and we’re proud to bring something so unique and engaging to the town and with the added workshops and special events, there’s even more for visitors to enjoy this year."
Families can take part by picking up a free trail sheet, locating each animal, and submitting a completed entry for a chance to win prizes.
Entry forms can be posted in the box outside Kiddiewinks on the first floor of Romford Shopping Hall. The trail is organised by Romford BID in partnership with Iconic Bricks.
Art K is running free animal-themed art workshops to complement the trail, taking place at The Mercury Mall on Friday, April 3, The Brewery on Saturday, April 4, and The Liberty on Saturday, April 11.
The Mercury Mall will also host a special brick event on Saturday, April 11, featuring colouring activities, a close-up look at the endangered zebra model, and a visit from Marvin the Monkey.
Families will also get the chance to build their own surprise animal. Full details and booking information for the workshops are available on the Romford BID website.
