The latest drone photos of Keswick Avenue car park show that progress has been made at the site since last month, as ground works now appear to have started.
Several trenches have been dug at the bottom of the car park, while fencing has been installed around this area.

Also seen in the images are piles of rubble, a digger, three vehicles and Portacabins for site staff.
The car park closed at the beginning of January in preparation for its development into housing and has since been fenced off as construction gets underway.
Once complete, the site will consist of six three-bedroom homes, each with a private garden and one parking space.

Dorrington Gardens is expected to close this month ready for construction to begin, while the Como Street and Angel Way plans remain undecided.
Alternative parking options in Hornchurch - including Fentiman Way, Billet Lane and Appleton Way car parks - will remain open.
