A family-run restaurant in Hornchurch of more than 30 years has been spotted for sale.
Umberto's in High Street has been listed for sale on property website Zoopla.
The Italian restaurant has been run by the Medaglia's since 1993, when it was owner Enzo.
It has since been run with the help of his wife, Gina Medaglia, and the couple celebrated 31 years of business in February.
According to the Zoopla listing Umberto's has "an excellent reputation for high quality food and service", offering customers Italian specialties such as pasta and meatballs.
Enzo told this paper in February how the family business has seen them build a loyal customer base, with some regulars still returning for a meal after 30 years.
Umberto's can seat up to 50 people inside its 15th century walls, with a centre-piece chimney and low ceilings that make it feel like "you're sitting in your own front room".
The listing, posted by agents Delaney's, makes mention to the potential for longer opening hours under a prospective "incoming owner".
It reads: "The current owners only operate Wednesday to Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons so an incoming owner has ample opportunity to increase income by opening longer hours."
Umberto's has been priced at £120,000, with the transfer of an approximate four year renewable lease and passing rent of £20,000 per annum.
