A junior school in Rainham where pupils have "outstanding" behaviour has a community that is "like an extended family".
Whybridge Junior School, in Blacksmith's Lane, has received its latest Ofsted report after an inspection on April 1 and 2.
Inspectors found that pupils at the school - which is part of the Hornchurch Academy Trust - "thoroughly enjoy" learning, and are "happy and kept safe" due to the "warm and respectful" relationships within the school.
The report, published on May 14, said: "One parent, expressing the views of many, said the school community is like ‘an extended family.’"

The school was rated 'good' in all categories except for behaviour and attitudes, which was rated 'outstanding'.
In the report, inspectors said: "Pupils’ behaviour is exemplary.
"They strive to be the best they can be and support their peers to do the same.
"This results in a harmonious environment conducive to learning."
The school was also praised for its "broad curriculum" and "high quality" work produced by pupils.
Inspectors added: "Pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) access the same learning and other opportunities as their peers.
"As a result, pupils typically achieve well and are well prepared for secondary school."
Whybridge Junior offers a range of additional activities including choir, gardening, calligraphy, and origami, which pupils enjoy attending, according to Ofsted.
The school was also praised for its "well-designed and carefully taught reading curriculum", which allows pupils to read with confidence.
However, the report noted that there are "a few aspects of the curriculum in different subjects that are less clearly designed".

Sarah Warshow, head of school, told the Recorder the school is "absolutely delighted" with the Ofsted report.
Ms Warshow said: "Whybridge Juniors is a place where pupils feel happy, safe and inspired to learn.
"The Ofsted outcome is a reflection of the whole school community, who work in partnership to provide the care, support and quality of education that our pupils deserve.
"We will continue to strive to make Whybridge Junior School the very best learning environment for pupils and build on the achievements outlined in this report."
