A Chinese restaurant and takeaway in Collier Row has been spotted for sale on a property site.
Wong's Oriental Restaurant in Collier Row Lane has been listed on Zoopla for £90,000.
Agents Gilbert & Rose have called the property sale an "exciting opportunity" in the "heart" of the area.
Wong's is understood to be run by a husband-and-wife team with the support of one full-time member.
Whilst the business is being offered for a price tag of £90,000, the listing says a new lease is available with a rental cost of £29,000 per annum.
According to the listing, the restaurant is in a prime location, benefitting from a "high level of footfall and excellent visibility" and a "steady stream of customers".

The Chinese restaurant is formed of a seating area, bar, kitchen, lobby and two stores, one of which contains a walk in freezer.
It is first believed to have opened in 2020.
Wong's Oriental Restaurant has confirmed it will not be closing.
