Young Havering artists were celebrated at an awards ceremony.
The annual Havering Young Artist of the Year awards, held at The Appleby Gallery, saw students from across the borough, aged 11 to 18, being recognised for their creative talent.
The competition, which invites entries from secondary schools, colleges, and sixth forms, aims to provide a platform for budding artists to showcase their work.
Roni Stock (Image: The Mercury Shopping Centre) Roni Stock took home first place in the Key Stage 5 category, while MacKenzie-Leigh Williams secured second place in the Key Stage 4 category for portrait work.
Judges included Natalie Bays, deputy centre manager from The Mercury Shopping Centre, and Christine Santa Ana from Havering Changing.
The exhibition, which featured all the winning pieces and other entries, ran at the gallery, in Frances Bardsley Academy, until Thursday, February 13.
The Mercury gifted prizes to the winners.
