Food hygiene inspectors paid visit to 26 restaurants, takeaways and other businesses across Havering in October - here's what they found.
A restaurant in Victoria Road, Romford, has been given the lowest possible rating of zero for its food hygiene after it was inspected on October 10.
Pakistani eatery Chef Asia was rated based on three inspection categories, with inspectors flagging two categories as needing urgent improvement.
In the report feedback, inspectors detailed the need for a system to ensure that food sold at the premises is safe to eat and that staff show evidence of knowing about food safety.
Urgent improvement is also necessary in the cleanliness and condition of the facilities and building in terms of its ventilation, hand washing facilities and pest control.
A major improvement must be made in its hygienic food handling, with particular improvements needed in the preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling and storage of food.
Chef Asia was approached for a comment.
Home catering business Zohrana was rated a one after its inspection on October 10.
Jasmin Indian Takeaway in Gubbins Lane, Harold Wood was also warned that "major improvement is necessary" in regards to its management of food safety.
The New Fortune Inn in Park Lane, Hornchurch was given a rating of three after it was inspected on October 11.
Inspectors found the Chinese takeaway to be "generally satisfactory" across all three categories.
The takeaway was joined in its rating by Empire Chinese Restaurant in Victoria Road, Romford, Poseidon Fish Bar in Ardleigh Green Road, Hornchurch, and Romford Cafe in South Street, Romford.

Six premises in the borough that were visited last month were given ratings of four including Cafe Fino, Ravenscourt Nursing Home, and Brick Lane Bagel Co among others.
The remaining 13 businesses ranging from a Tesco Extra in Hornchurch Road, Park Lane Chippy in Park Lane, to Scallywags Nursery in Suttons Lane were all given the best rating of a five.
