An existing house could be demolished and replaced with a seven-bedroom mansion and swimming pool complex.

It is one of various planning applications received by Havering Council between May 28 and June 3.

The plans will be reviewed by the council before any final decisions are made.

In Hornchurch, there are plans to build a games room in the rear garden of a home in Ernest Road (P0728.24).

In Parkstone Avenue, an existing home could be demolished to make way for a new seven-bedroom home (P0739.24).

The plans also ask for permission to build a swimming pool complex and detached garage at the property.

In Chestnut Avenue, a house could be turned into a six-bedroom HMO with space for ten people to live (P0704.24).

A similar application in Romford asks for permission to turn a house in Turpin Avenue into a six-bedroom HMO (P0769.24).

At two homes – one in Parkside Avenue (P0738.24) and one in Links Avenue (P0751.24) - a garage could be converted into extra living space.

A similar conversion is also planned for a home in Springfield Gardens, Upminster (P0755.24).
