A Saturday artisan market is set to return to Brentwood town centre.
The monthly market for independent traders is being set up at the Baytree Shopping Centre from June 8 until December.
“These are all local traders,” Baytree’s manager Maria Kyriacou-Edwards said. “We are hosting this popular artisan market once again, alongside our shops at the centre, for some unique finds and tasty treats for shoppers.”
Artisan markets are usually famous for designer-maker traders showcasing local and handmade products in art, prints, ceramics, candles, jewellery, accessories, homeware goods, clothing and sweet treats.
The stalls are being located inside the shopping centre as well as outside the front entrance by the Coptfold Road car park and outside the Poundland store.
The artisan market is planned every second Saturday of the month until December 14, trading from 10am to 4pm. The Baytree centre itself opens Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm.
