The 'outstanding' Care Quality Commission-rated (CQC) facility provides dementia residential care among other services for a maximum of 39 people, all in single rooms.
The care home is next to West Ham United Football Club's training ground and the nearest stations are Dagenham East, Dagenham Heathway and Romford mainline.
Heatherbrook in Como Street
Heatherbrook, rated 'good' by CQC, has 45 en-suite rooms available for people with dementia.
Staff there provide nursing and residential care for people over 55 who are housed in single rooms.
It has a cafe, gardens, transport connections including a minibus, as well as accessibility to nearby shops.
The care home has mainly five-star reviews, at 25, with 10 four-star and a single three-star rating.

Beech Court Care Centre in South Street
The home, rated 'good' by CQC, has 50 en-suite rooms and is just ten minutes away from Romford train station.
It has 21 five-star reviews, eight four-star ratings and a single one-star mark.
It is privately owned for a maximum of 53 people, caring for those with dementia, physical disabilities and younger adults, among other age groups.
Willows Care Home in London Road
The London Road care home has 58 five-star ratings, 16 four-star, a single three-star and two one-star reviews.
It is owned by Canford Healthcare and is for people over the age of 55.
Willows Care Home, rated 'good' by CQC, has 72 single rooms, including 70 which have an en-suite wet room.
The private facility has a garden, cafe and kitchen facility for residents, as well as a specialist dementia care unit.
Romford Grange Care Home in Collier Row Lane
The care home, rated 'good' by CQC, where elderly people over 65 can live, has a maximum of 41 service users.
It has 45 single rooms and includes dementia nursing care, residential care as well as palliative care.
Romford Grange has overwhelmingly positive ratings. It has 25 five-star reviews, ten four-star ratings and a single three-star score.
A cafe, gardens, lift and minibus transport are among facilities and services on offer from the care home, which has been praised by reviewers.
A daughter of one resident said on carehome.co.uk: "We are so glad to have found this home away from home once we had to make the difficult decision to find a safe home."
