The Dartford Crossing has reopened after closing for six hours due to strong winds from Storm Jocelyn.
The A282 southbound QEII Bridge was closed to traffic at around 2.30am today (January 24).
A diversion was put in place to take traffic through one of the tunnels.
National Highways confirmed on X (formerly known as Twitter) that the bridge reopened at around 8.30am.
The agency is urging drivers to allow extra time for their journeys as 90-minute delays remain in the area.
The Met Office has issued amber and yellow weather warnings for wind covering much of the UK, together with yellow warnings for rain in parts of western and southern Scotland and north west England.
Gusts of 80mph could be experienced in exposed areas, with 40-50mm of rain possible over higher ground.
