Three females have been bailed after shoppers were allegedly assaulted in Romford.
Police said that three females who were arrested on December 27 after reports of shoppers being assaulted in The Liberty, Romford, have been bailed.
A woman, 22, and two girls, 12 and 13, were arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery.
They were taken to an east London police station and released on bail to return on a date late in February, a Met Police spokesperson said.
The alleged assaults happened at around 1.25pm on December 27 when four women said they were approached by three older females requesting money.

Upon refusal, they became "verbally aggressive," police said, and allegedly assaulted the other group in the shopping centre.
Officers from the East Area Command are investigating and enquiries continue.
