The 16-second clip, which has more than 15,000 views on TikTok, is captioned: "Halloween 2023. #ULEZ.”

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, put the ULEZ expansion into place across all of Greater London from August 2023.

This means that all vehicles that do not meet ULEZ standards have to pay a daily fee of £12.50.

Some people were left impressed in the comments of the video, with one commenting:

“Brilliant.”

Another person commented: “This is brilliant. Full respect.”

In a separate video, which has 170,000 views, the same man, starts to chant: “ULEZ, ULEZ”, while sitting in the back of a car.

The footage proceeds to show him asking the driver of the car: “Excuse me, mate is this a diesel?”

Several ULEZ cameras and vans across London have also been vandalised in opposition to Khan’s plans.

Images posted on social media show some of the vans left damaged with graffiti and their cameras covered by bags.

There were 510 crimes relating to ULEZ cameras reported between the start of April and the end of August, figures released by the Metropolitan Police show.
