Havering had a variety of planning applications over the last week, including tweaking plans on the site of a former golf club to create a "more informal" play area.
Planning applications must be submitted to Havering Council before works can begin and meet the local authority's criteria.

Cranham ward had an application, P1533.23, for a variation of a condition to create a play and open space area in Upminster as part of a scheme to build up to 37 homes.
This was submitted after a large development was earlier proposed to demolish all buildings and structures on the site of Hall Lane Miniature Golf Club in Upminster.

Emerson Park ward had an application, P1378.23, to put up a brick fence with metal railing infills, which would include car and pedestrian entrance gates to the front of a residential property.
Plans, P1411.23, were made in Oxford Avenue, Hornchurch, in the same ward for a two-storey detached home with accommodation in the roof.
Five four-bed homes with landscaping, amenities and parking which would include vehicular crossovers were proposed in Havering-Atte-Bower.
This application, P1309.23, involved demolishing the existing dwelling and outbuildings at the site of Honey Bee Cottage in Broxhill Road.
A larger housing development was proposed in Harold Wood, namely plans to build nine homes and increase the size of an existing dwelling.
This application, P1363.23, was made for Douglas Avenue in Romford and supported by an agent from Homerton.
Harold Wood also had plans made, P1494.23, for two four-bed homes on land associated with the address at 42 Homeway.
A garage demolition was proposed to make way for the two homes at that address.
The partial demolition of a horse stable yard to make way for a two-storey, three-bed home with parking and amenity space has been planned for Harold Wood too under application code P1537.23.
Land in Mawneys ward may also be used for two years to provide a site compound in connection with works to a data centre at 3 King George Close under application P1508.23, if plans are granted.
A proposal, P1513.23, to install a heat pump, an energy saving measure, near a boundary fence in Rainham was also submitted.
