The replacement of a telephone kiosk, a retrospective application for a house of multiple occupation and new homes are all plans submitted to Havering Council.

The applications from October 3 to 9 cover a variety of proposals, from extensions to people's houses to constructing multiple homes

Planning applications will be reviewed by the council before any final decisions are made.

One application (P1478.23) is for the erection of a new training building at Rush Green Training Ground in Rush Green Road, West Ham's home in Romford.

Another application (A0051.23) is for the replacement of an existing black telephone kiosk with single black telephone kiosk with illuminated integrated LCD advertising display in Station Parade, Hornchurch.

In Berkeley Close, Hornchurch, the application P1397.23 is for a single storey front and rear extension. 

There are also plans to convert the garage to habitable use with the addition of steps to front, side and rear, the erection of canopy and a boundary fence 

A retrospective application in Nelmes Road ( P1481.23) is for a change of use to allow a large house of multiple occupation (HMO) for up to 10 people. 

Proposal P1406.23 is for the construction of a two storey residential end of terrace family dwelling in Stephen Avenue, Rainham. 

Agents Zaavia Design have two applications. The first (P1493.23) is in South End Road in Hornchurch for a two-bed house with front porch, rear parking and refuse storage following demolition of an existing side extension.

The second (P1501.23) is in Hamilton Drive, Romford, for two one-bed detached houses with front parking, cycle and refuge storage at the back of the property.

Proposal P1448.23 is for approval of reserved matters (appearance, landscaping and scale) 
following outline approval P0229.23 for six two storey properties with associated parking and amenity space in Prospect Road, Hornchurch.

 

Any comments must be received within three weeks of October 10.
