A range of planning applications have been submitted to Havering Council this week bringing potential change to some areas.

The applications cover a variety of proposals, from extensions to people's houses to demolishing conservatories to herald something new or even construct multiple homes .

Planning applications will be reviewed by the council before any final decisions are made.

One application (P1126.23) calls for the demolition of a conservatory and part of the original house in Front Lane, Upminster, to allow for a single storey rear extension and new side access gates.

Another applicant (P1113.23) in Hornchurch has submitted a retrospective application for a part replacement and part extension to the roof with loft conversion and also the rear former with front roof lights of a building in Eyhurst Avenue.

Also in the council's Elm Park Ward, (P1128.23) is a proposed two storey side extension, front porch extension and internal alterations to a property in Furness Way.

In Clitheroe Road, Romford, is an application for a planned erection of a three bedroom semi-detached dwelling with rear dormer to include the demolition of the existing outbuilding (P1097.23).

Two applications relate to the Grade 1 listed Bower House in Orange Tree Hill.

One (L0006.23) is an "investigative opening up" to works to the interior of the west wing that includes structural repairs on the external brickwork and the repointing of the bay windows.

The other (L0005.23) is to replace the fitted carpet laid throughout the first and second floors and the grand staircase.

An applicant is proposing to convert a garage into a habitable room (P1123.23) in Vicarage Road, Hornchurch.

Over in Park End Road, Romford, ( P1140.23) there are plans to convert a garage into a habitable room and build a single-storey side and rear extension, first floor side extension, and front porch with the added rendering of exterior walls of all elevations.

In Parsonage Road in Rainham an application has been submitted (P1028.23) to erect two two-bed semi detached houses and garages, and one two-bed detached bungalow with two car park spaces.

In St Andrew's ward there are plans (P1135.23) for a two storey, two-bed, detached dwelling with associated parking and amenity space in Station Lane.

In the same ward (J0020.23) an application for Prior Notification for a proposed conversion of a vacant shop in Abbs Cross Lane into two residential units. 

In Mawney Road in St Edwards ward is an application (P1026.23) for proposed side and rear extensions and conversion of an existing house into one one-bed and two two-bed flats with associated parking and amenity space.

Any comments must be received within three weeks of July 25
