The menu includes Curry Goat, the Jerk Chicken Breast, Chicken Roti Wrap, but also offers vegetarian options.

The Archers Pub (Pub/bar) :

Located in Main Road, Gidea Park, this pub offers a varied menu with burgers, pies and hand battered fish.

A happy customer said in the reviews: “The Archers is always a decent place to eat and drink. The quality of food is excellent, as is the service, and its reasonably priced too! Highly recommended.”

Ciao Bella (Italian):

A family-run restaurant in South Street, Ciao Bella has been serving authentic Italian food since it was established in 2008.

Mangal Meze (Mediterreanean, Turkish):

Voted as “Travellers Choice” in 2022 on TripAdvisor, this Turkish restaurant is located in South Street.

One customer recently said in a review that “all the meat was cooked perfectly” and another said they had an amazing time there on their 60th birthday party with the staff going “above and beyond” to accommodate their 50+ group members.

Kervan Kitchen (Mediterranean, European):

A reviewer who claims to have visited the place multiple times said in a review: “Delicious food cooked by the wonderful Chef Ahmed and served in time and without delay.”

Light of India (Indian, Asian):

A recent review of the Indian eatery in Collier Row Road on TripAdvisor said: “My fiancé and I chose to dine here for a rare evening meal without the children, and we were not disappointed!”

The Bull (Bar):

Also voted as Travellers Choice in 2022, this pub in Market Place sits next to the former Debenhams store.

A fan visited it recently and said in a review: “Just popped in for a pint on the bank holiday, and discovered they now do Madri, a great beer.”

Blue Orchid (Chinese, Asian):

For lovers of Chinese cuisine, Blue Orchid in North Street is a spot to check out.

Opened since 1963, this family run eatery was praised by a loyal customer who said in a review: “I believe we came here shortly after our marriage in 1973. There is a tasty reason while we return time over time these years.”

Array (British, Mediterranean):

Based in Shepherds Hill in Romford, the eatery offers British-Mediterranean fusion dishes.

Their website claims: “We’ve combined amazing cuisine with next-level entertainment”.

Customers have described choosing it for their birthday celebrations and one reviewer on Trip Advisor said: “DJ was brilliant which give the bar area a good vibe. I also want to point out how polite all the staff are you have at Array, I have never been somewhere where it is so welcoming."
