The cause of an industrial blaze in Rainham has not been found by fire investigators.
London Fire Brigade (LFB) were called to Marsh Way at 8.21am on Saturday (Mar 6) after a two-storey industrial unit was reportedly ablaze.
Half of the first floor was destroyed by fire. As heavy smoke billowed from it, people living locally were asked to shut their doors and windows.

Fire crews from Wennington, Dagenham, Barking, East Ham and surrounding stations were at the scene and had extinguished the fire by 10.35am. No injuries were reported.
The fire was at a suspected cannabis factory, the LFB had earlier said.
But the cause of the fire remains unknown.
A spokesperson for LFB told the Recorder: “Our fire investigators have visited the scene. The cause of the fire has been recorded as undetermined.”
