Residents with a concessionary bus pass which is due for renewal have until February 15 to notify the council.
Essex County Council has asked residents to get in touch if their address has changed since their last application.
The council introduced a centralised system for bus pass applications last year. But with 125,000 renewals due to be issued in the next few weeks the council has asked for residents’ correct details to ensure they receive their passes on time.
