Police are keen to identify this man.
It follows the theft of a pair of sunglasses from a black Porsche 911, parked in Mersey Avenue, Upminster on January 31 at about 1.40am.
Any member of the public with information, or who can identify him, is urged to contact Det Con Barry Carter, of Romford CID, on number 101.
