A woman and child were involved in a collision on Friday.
Police were called to reports of a collision between the pedestrian and a car in Dagnam Park Drive, Harold Hill, at 3.11pm.
The woman was pushing a child in a pram at the time of the collision and was taken to an East London hospital where she was treated for minor injuries and later discharged.
The child was not injured.
The driver was not arrested but has been reported for driving without care and attention.
