A cyclist has been hospitalised by a rush hour crash with a car on a busy dual carriageway in Ilford.
Police said they were called to reports of a collision in Winston Way (A118), near Ilford Lane, at about 6.50am.
A spokesman said the cyclist’s injuries were described as “not life threatening”.
He added the driver of the car stopped at the scene and there have been no arrests.
The incident has caused traffic on the road westbound between the junctions at Connaught Road (A1083) and Ilford Lane (A123).
