Marie Ell celebrated her 100th birthday at Harold Hill’s Romford Nursing Care Centre on Friday.
As well as a special cake and a birthday card from the Queen, Marie enjoyed entertainment from a live band playing Elvis numbers.
Marie lived in Harold Hill before she moved into the care home three years ago, and is thought to have run her own dental practice.
