Hazel Dawn Maria Hook
In Loving Memory of Hazel Dawn Maria Hook who passed away on Tuesday 5th October 2021. She was laid to rest with her husband after a service at the United Reformed Church on Monday 1st November 2021. Thank you to all who attended for the flowers and generous donations to Mum's chosen charities. How lucky we are to have had something that makes saying goodbye so hard.
