»After the international success of blockbuster films Singham and Golmaal 3, comedy maestro Rohit Shetty and Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn have teamed up once again to create mayhem in Bol Bachchan.

The family comedy follows Prithviraj Raghuvanshi, a gangster with a bold dress sense, who enters Ranakpur village and, while saving a trapped child, breaks open the lock of an ancestral temple.

The whole village opposes his actions and he starts to tell a series of lies that include inventing a twin brother.

Mr Devgn said: “My role has been beautifully written, and since I had never played a role like this before, the entire team thought it would only enhance the film.

“I can assure you my character will entertain the audience from the beginning to the end.

“Yes, kids love characters like these, but who says older people don’t? This film is for people of all ages.”

With a generous sprinkling of fun, comedy, action and an all-star cast, Bol Bachchan is guaranteed to be the film of the summer. It is released on Friday at Cineworld, Clements Road, Ilford and Showcase, Jenkins Lane, Newham..
