A commuter has complained that Romford's 'Batman' made her late to work by stopping her bus.
Amy, who goes by the Twitter handle @_stonedroses, tweeted a picture at 9.01am on Monday (June 3) showing a man dressed as the superhero stood blocking her bus.
The man, dressed as DC Comics' caped crusader, can be seen with his arms outstretched, demanding the bus driver make a sudden stop.
Amy questioned whether she would be believed at work, so took photographic evidence of Romford's Dark Knight.
“Do you think my manager will believe this is why I’m late to work?" she posted.
Another commenter said: “Listen, Romford’s batman protects us all when we need it.”

Kobi Omenaka was also eager to learn whether Amy’s boss believed her alibi.
“Please give us an update - what did your manager say?”
A Met Police spokesperson added: “We can find no trace of any calls to this joker.”
