Anyone aged 14 or over, with physical or learning disabilities, can play games such as tennis, badminton, boccia and skittles with their friends and carers at Central Park Leisure Centre, Gooshays Drive, Harold Hill.

The sessions take place on Fridays, from 1.30-3.30pm and cost just £2, after a free first session.
