Hornchurch’s Dave Turff booked a trip to the prestigious Audi Quattro World final in Dubai in Wiltshire yesterday.

The 52-year-old and playing partner Seb Carmichael-Brown, of Hertfordshire, won the Audi Quattro UK final at Bowood Golf & Country Club near Calne with 42 stableford points and will represent Great Britain at the Jumeirah Golf Estates from December 7-11.

South Ockendon’s Neil Levett, 41, finished seventh with partner Justin Bennett (herts) with 37 points.

Turff had finished fourth in the Essex Audi event at Bentley in June, before teaming up with Carmichael-Brown to win the regional final at Woburn in July.
