Boys and girls aged 5-11 can benefit from free February half-term holiday football sessions next week thanks to the FA Tesco Skills Programme.

Qualified skills coaches are organising fun kickabouts at four venues across Essex, including one at SportHouse in Barking on Monday.

FA Tesco Skills is a unique football coaching programme which gives youngsters of all abilities the opportunity to get active, learn new football skills and enjoy the game.

It is based on a unique FA coaching model providing specialist, age-appropriate football guidance for children which is child-centred and caters for all ability levels.

The skills coaches put on free sessions in schools and clubs as well as after-school and holiday skills centres, so youngsters can be inspired to get active and maximise their ability, whatever their level.

A range of sessions has been lined up for this half term break and Essex has six skills coaches headed by Lauren Phillips, with Simon King, Andy Edmunds, Rob O’Brien, Kevin Baker and Charlotte O’Malley completing the team.

Having a brand new kitchen is something that lots of people want but can only dream of. Sadly keeping up to date and making our living spaces as nice as they can be is a costly and incredibly stressful business. Even a fresh coat of paint makes all the difference but isn’t easy or quick.

Who wouldn’t love the chance to go on a shopping spree. Imagine being able to walk into a shop and choose whatever your heart desires without having to worry about how much it costs.
