West Ham United head for Swansea City this Saturday, bidding for a win to warm them up in the cold weather.

Last weekend saw David Moyes’ Hammers torn apart by a rampant Liverpool side on their trip to Merseyside.

Leyton Orient, meanwhile, return to action in the National League with a trip to Dover Athletic.

The O’s threw away a three-goal lead at home to Gateshead in the FA Trophy last weekend, with Justin Edinburgh’s men heading north for the replay this Tuesday.

And Dagenham & Redbridge head north to Guiseley as they look to close in on the play-offs.

John Still’s men snatched victory from the jaws of defeat at home to Chester last Saturday, with Daggers scoring twice in the final five minutes to triumph.

All this, plus the latest non-league news and the cold weather that is gripping the country, is discussed on this week’s East London Football podcast.

Matt Withers is joined by Dave Evans, Jacob Ranson and Ned Keating to digest another week in east London football.
